Whiplash, concussion, and C1/C2 misalignment don't always show up on a standard ER scan. We measure them with 3D imaging — and document them properly for your claim.
We work directly with MVA third-party insurance and Washington L&I claims so you can focus on getting better — not fighting paperwork.
Third-party MVA billing handled on-site. No upfront cost in most cases.
Workplace-injury claims welcome. We handle the documentation and reporting.
We see what 2D ER films miss — objective documentation of misalignment.
Clear, detailed records for attorneys and insurance adjusters.
"I was recently in a car accident and figured my neck would be out. Dr. Croxford had no problem fitting me in. Took pictures, found my issue, corrected it and relieved pain not only in my neck but my arm as well. Pain in my arm was from a falling injury nearly 2 years ago. Never would I have imagined that my C2 being out (let alone, for so long) would've been the annoying pain in my upper arm. Had 3 visits so far and I've held my adjustment since day one."

In most MVA and L&I cases, no. We bill the third-party insurer or L&I directly. We'll confirm coverage at your first visit.
As soon as possible. Soft tissue damage and upper cervical misalignment can become harder to correct as scar tissue forms. Many patients come in within 48–72 hours.
Yes. We provide detailed documentation and imaging reports attorneys can use in your case.
Standard ER imaging doesn't always catch upper cervical misalignment — especially at C1/C2. Many of our MVA patients were "cleared" at the ER but still had pain. CBCT 3D imaging shows what flat films can miss.
